Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA approved program
- Current Oklahoma State License as a Physical Therapist
- Two years' experience in acute care or rehabilitation setting
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
- Perform clinical assessment and identify patient needs
Working Hours
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
