- Valid State Physical Therapist License
- CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Working Hours
40 hour work week treating two evenings until 7pm (Mon/Wed)
