- Current NYS PTA License and Registration
- EMR Competence
- Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with daily with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients
- Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting
- Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software
Working Hours
Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem, Weekends, Coverage, Days, Evenings
