Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical condition
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy 1 patient at a time
- Educate patients and their families
- Document patient progress
- Collaborate with other members of the rehabilitation team
