- Current state licensure/registration as a physical therapist
Responsibilities
- Adhere to state Practice Act laws governing Physical Therapists and supervision of staff
- Review and comply with the Clinical Operations Policies and Procedures Manual annually
- Evaluate, treat, and direct skilled treatment for patients needing physical therapy
