- Connecticut Physical Therapy license
- Experience with neurological conditions
Responsibilities
- Perform physical therapy evaluations
- Develop treatment plans
- Provide patient education
- Conduct peer reviews
Education
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and hold a valid Connecticut Physical Therapy license
Working Hours
Day 8 & 10, M-F 7am - 8pm, no weekend- 2 evenings until 8 required
