Qualifications
- Graduated from accredited program of Physical Therapy
- Possess a current, valid PT license
Responsibilities
- Provide evaluations and treatments as ordered by a physician
- Update treatment plans as needed
- Communicate regularly with team members
Education
A Physical Therapist must have graduated from accredited program of Physical Therapy accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) or an equivalent program if trained in a country other than the US.
Working Hours
8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
