Qualifications
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Valid State Physical Therapy License
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, Review, and Screen patient's/resident's medical charts
  • Implement treatment plan through direct treatment and education
  • Attend/Lead interdisciplinary meetings and provide staff/family training
Education
A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited Program is required for this job
