Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapy License
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, Review, and Screen patient's/resident's medical charts
- Implement treatment plan through direct treatment and education
- Attend/Lead interdisciplinary meetings and provide staff/family training
Education
A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited Program is required for this job.
