Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited program
- Minimum one (1) year of speech pathology experience with the pediatric population preferred
Responsibilities
- Develops treatment plan and provides treatment to achieve optimum functional outcome for patients
- Completes documentation including evaluations, daily notes, progress notes
- Participates in care planning meetings and family training
