Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapy License
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, Review, and Screen patient's/resident's medical charts
- Implement treatment plan and provide supervision for PTAs
- Attend interdisciplinary meetings and conduct staff/family training
