Qualifications
- Licensed to practice as Physical Therapist within Arizona
- Two years of appropriate experience as a physical therapist
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients according to a written physician's plan of care
- Assess for muscle strength, mobility, gait, ROM-potential for rehab
- Direct physical therapy treatment
Education
A bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent
Working Hours
9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
