We're looking for a proactive Physical Therapist to join our team at ExcelaCare. If you're passionate about helping others and have at least 2 years of experience in PT, this role is perfect for you!
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Two (2) years of experience as a physical therapist in the last five (5) years
- Current licensure; CPR certification; current driver's license and proof of auto liability insurance
Responsibilities
- Conduct therapy practice within defined standards of care
- Design and implement a Plan of Care for the patient
- Provide direct patient care and evaluate/reassess patient's functional needs
