Qualifications
- Current State license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
- BLS (CPR) required
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited therapy program
- Minimum of five years of rehabilitation experience, including two years in a management role
Responsibilities
- Develop, revise, implement, and communicate policies, processes, and procedures
- Collaborate with the marketing team to educate staff and the community
- Use historical data and emerging trends to forecast operational revenues and expenses
