Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in Georgia
- Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in electronic documentation
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Utilize electronic documentation via Net Health
Working Hours
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
