Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid or pending State Physical Therapy License
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, review, and screen patient's/resident's medical charts
- Implement treatment plan through direct treatment and education
- Attend/Lead interdisciplinary meetings and conduct staff/family training
