Qualifications
- NYS Pharmacist license
- 3 years hospital pharmacy experience
- Oncology Certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide Clinical/Dispensing services for Hematology/Oncology practices
- Review patient's medication orders
- Participate in PI and Risk Management programs
Education
Graduate from an accredited school of Pharmacy with minimum of a BS in Pharmacy
