Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)
- 3 years experience with National Certificate or Residency
- Current, full, active, valid and unrestricted pharmacist license
Responsibilities
- Assess patient response to drug therapy
- Order and evaluate necessary lab tests
- Administer prescription drugs according to protocols
Education
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree
Working Hours
8-hour shift (+lunch) during clinic hours, occasional Saturdays
