Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy Degree
- 1+ years EPIC experience
- 2 years clinical Pharmacist experience
Responsibilities
- Provide drug information
- Perform core clinical activities
- Lead a team of pharmacists
Education
Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (preferred) or Bachelor of Science Degree from an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy
Working Hours
Night shifts, full-time, rotating weekends and holidays
