Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience or 5 years retail pharmacy experience with 2 years oncology experience
- Licensed in Massachusetts
Responsibilities
- Oversee preparation and compounding of pharmaceuticals
- Provide clinical support at Pediatric Clinic
- Dispense pharmaceuticals including sterile products and chemotherapy
Education
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
