Lead Program Director needed to oversee program areas within Boys & Girls Club, develop relationships, and ensure youth development opportunities are available.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Youth Development Field or equivalent
- 1 year of program management experience
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and promote Core Values
- Recruit and retain participants
- Facilitate staff meetings
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Youth Development Field or equivalent is required for this job
Working Hours
M-F 1:30 pm to 6:30 pm
