Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
- National Certification Exam completion
- Current state licensure
- Minimum one year therapeutic experience
- CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Provide direct treatment and follow-up
- Evaluate patients utilizing appropriate evaluations
- Develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate with COTAs for patient care
- Submit patient visit schedules
- Communicate with internal and external contacts
- Provide in-service education and support peers
- Assist with research and orientation of new employees
