Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One or more years of hospital experience as rehab aide preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient transport and transfers
- Position patients in parallel bars and prepare patients for standing with appropriate orthotic/prosthetic devices and equipment
- Assist therapist with other patient related treatment activities
Education
College level student or graduate with some experience in working with people; or enrolled in a professional education program leading to a PT/ PTA/ OT/ OTA/SLP or other health professional school.
