Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state license to practice occupational therapy
- Proven experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
- Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises
- Educate patients and their families about adaptive techniques and equipment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
