Exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with 2+ years of experience in Med Surg & Rehab to work in Windsor, VT. Join our team and provide exceptional patient care!
Qualifications
- 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience
- Previous Travel experience of at least 3 months
Responsibilities
- Coordinate total nursing care for patients
- Participate in patient and family teaching
- Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel
Education
BSN preferred
Working Hours
8hr non-billable orientation, 1 to 4/5 nurse to patient ratio
