Description
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Emergency Department RN at a newly renovated hospital. Generous sign-on bonus available!
Qualifications
- 1-2 years acute care hospital nursing experience
- Emergency Room Nursing Experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Valid license as Registered Nurse in Connecticut
- BSN strongly preferred
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- TNCC preferred
- PALS required within 90 days of employment
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing the Nursing Process
- Provide supervision of non-RN personnel
- Act as resource for ancillary staff
- Supervise unit activities when assigned to charge or clinical coordinator role
- Act as preceptor to new staff and/or students
- Adhere to all policies and procedures
Working Hours
Mid Shift, 10am-11pm and 2pm-3am, 3 days a week
