Be a vital part of a compassionate team as a Nurse Practitioner PRN at Patriot Hospice. Provide direct medical care to hospice patients and collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team.
Qualifications
- South Carolina Nurse Practitioner Certification/SC License
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the IDT to create, review, and revise the patient's plan of care
- Provide medical care within scope of practice to patients in their place of residence
- Advise Hospice nurses on patient care issues and consult with the Hospice Medical Director on medical issues
