Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Maryland
- Strong interest in specializing in neurology; prior experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments including health histories and physical examinations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnoses
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as MRI, CT scans, EEGs, etc
- Collaborate with neurologists and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures
- Maintain accurate medical records using our electronic health record system
Working Hours
Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
