Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of New Jersey
- Experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in electronic health records and other relevant software
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all nursing staff during weekend shifts
- Direct and coordinate the activities of nursing personnel to maintain a high standard of care
- Monitor residents' conditions and ensure they receive prescribed medications and treatments in a timely manner
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Address any issues or concerns from residents, families, or staff promptly and professionally
- Conduct regular rounds to monitor the quality of care and ensure all residents are treated with respect and dignity
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for all residents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all nursing activities and resident care
