Exciting opportunity at CarepathRx for a Clinical Services Liaison to positively represent the Center, coordinate care, and grow core therapy admissions.
Qualifications
- RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
- Diploma, Associates or Bachelors degree in nursing
- 3 years IV related experience
- 2 years Home health care experience
- 1 year Case Management experience
- Sales and Customer Service experience
- Current RN licensure in state of practice
- Must possess CPR certification
- CRNI preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills
Responsibilities
- Represent the Center to referral sources
- Coordinate care for new patient referrals
- Maintain up-to-date records
- Achieve revenue and profit goals
- Attend office and sales meetings
- Stay informed on infusion therapy developments
- Comply with company policies
- Communicate problems to management
- Perform other duties as directed
Education
A diploma, associates, or bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
