Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree required
- RN with current licensure in the State of Ohio
- BLS, ACLS required
Responsibilities
- Coordinate high-quality patient care
- Provide staff support through facilitation, coaching, and role-modeling leadership behaviors
- Manage shift operations related to patient flow, staff assignments, and bed control
Working Hours
12-hour shifts, nights, every 3rd weekend
