- RN license in the state of employment
- 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice or related field
- Current CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care services
- Act as primary liaison between physician, patient/family and hospice team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary group to provide comfort and dignity

40 hours per week
