Seeking compassionate and experienced Admissions Nurse to provide hospice care in home setting. Join our Interdisciplinary team to make a difference!
Qualifications
- 1 year staff nurse experience
- Hospice and/or palliative care experience preferred
- BSN degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide and arrange hospice care for patients/families
- Supervise LPNs, CNAs, Unit Secretaries, Volunteers
Education
Must have a degree in Nursing from an accredited program. BSN preferred.
