Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Registered Nurse license
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum 3-5 years critical care nursing experience
- Minimum 2-3 years leadership experience
Responsibilities

- Ensure policy and procedure adherence
- Maintain safe staffing levels
- Manage efficient patient throughput
