Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- National Certification
- California State Medical License
Responsibilities
- Manage chronic medical conditions
- Interact with patients, staff, and family
- Attend interdisciplinary meetings
Education
Master's Degree with clinical focus on Primary Care and Geriatric Medicine
Working Hours
7-9 am rounds each day, available on company phone until 5 pm
