Exciting opportunity to join OPCO Skilled Management as an MDS Coordinator! Assist in RAI process, care management, and ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Thorough understanding of Case-Mix, Medicare PPS process, and Medicaid reimbursement
Responsibilities
- Assess resident needs and coordinate MDS assessments
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Maintain accurate MDS documentation
