- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon
- DEA license to prescribe controlled substances
- Certified in pediatrics
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
Responsibilities
- Elicit medical history and conduct physical exams on patients
- Assess, diagnose, and treat medical problems
- Prescribe medications based on patient's medical diagnosis
