Qualifications
- Minimum one year of nursing experience
- Must pass office competency/skills validation on Trach, Vent, G-Tube
- Above average customer service, communication, and professionalism qualities
Responsibilities
- Transition patients from hospital to home during a provisional period
- Train and shadow new caregivers in the home
- Maintain consistent communication with internal staff
Working Hours
Full-time, schedule may change frequently
