Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; RN
- Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Three years of experience in a long term care environment preferred
Responsibilities
- Accurate completion of MDS assessments and coordination of the RAI process
- Provide oversight for Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and company guidelines
