Qualifications
- Must have current, valid RN license in Delaware or hold compact state license
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing - BSN preferred
- Must have 2 years nursing experience including 1 year of acute care experience
Responsibilities
- Assists the Unit Managers in carrying out the day to day functions of the nursing department
- Communicates effectively with other shifts to ensure continuity of care
- Completes written/oral reports for the Director of Nursing concerning the operation of his/her shift
