Qualifications
- Registered Nurse required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
- Director of Case Management experience in an Acute Hospital setting required
- CCM or ACM preferred

- Ensures quality of care & patient satisfaction through oversight of policies, procedures, and improvements
