Qualifications
- RN Nursing Degree
- State RN License
- 5+ years management experience in long-term care or acute care
- CPR Certification
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical operations
- Build facility culture
- Provide full-time clinical oversight
- Develop and work from a business plan
- Evaluate performance and provide feedback
Education
Must possess, as a minimum, an RN Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
Working Hours
Ability to travel extensively including overnight stays and for extended periods of time.
