Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- 3+ years experience as a Registered Nurse
Responsibilities
- Call and coach Medicare patients with chronic conditions
- Maintain rapport with patients for improved health outcomes
- Connect patients with community resources
Education
Current, unrestricted Compact License
Working Hours
Minimum of 20-25 hours per week, weekdays between 9am-6pm ET
