Qualifications
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- Long Term Care Experience Preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight on facilities' weekly PDPM meetings
- Track and monitor QM and QASP performance monthly and quarterly
- Assess and determine the health status and level of care of new admissions
Education
Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
