Qualifications
- Master's degree in nursing with a focus on advanced practice nursing (APRN)
- Certified as an APRN by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in internal medicine
- Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of NH
- Experience in providing primary care to adults of all ages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive health assessments on patients of all ages
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, including chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and treatments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients about their health conditions and medications
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, such as specialists and social workers
- Participate in patient care quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records, EPIC EMR
Education
Master's degree in nursing with a focus on advanced practice nursing (APRN)
Working Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
