Qualifications
- Current NJ state registered nurse license
- Current NJ state license as an advanced registered nurse practitioner with prescriptive authority
- Current PALS certification
- Minimum three years of professional nursing experience in a clinic setting
- Two years of nurse practitioner experience
Responsibilities
- Assess patient status through interviews, chart reviews, and physical examinations
- Order and perform appropriate laboratory and diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement treatment plans by prescribing medications and injections
- Educate patients on medications, treatments, and health promotion
