Description
Dynamic opportunity to teach and mentor aspiring nurses at Blue Cliff College. Seeking a passionate Clinical Nursing Instructor to lead hands-on clinical instruction.
Qualifications
- Hold a minimum of an associate degree in nursing
- Three (3) years of clinical experience working as a registered nurse
- Intermediate computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Hold a current AHA CPR certification as well as maintain immunization records for TB, flu, and COVID
- Hold an unencumbered and current state license
Responsibilities
- Deliver curriculum as intended by the catalog and approved syllabi on schedule
- Conduct clinicals using organized and interesting methods
- Monitor and record daily clinical attendance
- Develop and administer teaching plan based upon stated course objectives
- Evaluate student competency in all skills related to each course
- Implement patient care according to state laws and institutional protocol
