- Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited school of nursing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in public health, home care, or hospice nursing preferred
- Current licensure to practice nursing in the state

- Plan and direct hospice care
- Assess patient needs and provide professional nursing care
- Coordinate patient care and communicate with healthcare team
