Exciting opportunity to join the Charge RN team at UofL Health to assist in managing the 6 South Medical Oncology unit, providing high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Active Kentucky registered nurse license
- Associate degree in nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- 1 year of nursing experience in specialty area
Responsibilities
- Participating in employee evaluations
- Staffing and scheduling
- Patient assignments
- Oversight of resource utilization
- Quality improvement activities
- Information/education to unit staff
- Service recovery
- Promoting customer service
Education
An approved BSN program within one (1) year of hire and completion within three (3) years of hire
