Description
Seeking a compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to deliver exceptional anesthesia care in various settings, collaborating with healthcare professionals for patient safety and comfort.
Qualifications
- Valid and current CRNA certification
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in State of practice
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program
- ACLS and BLS certification
- Minimum of five (5) years experience as a CRNA
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and patient monitoring systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and professional development
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing procedures
- Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia
- Develop individualized anesthesia care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and medical staff
- Adjust anesthesia levels during procedures
- Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
- Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and legal regulations
- Participate in continuous education and training
